Canada Revenue Agency Awards Contract to Cogniva

RK Directive Compliance & Information Architecture. The Canada Revenue Agency contracted Cogniva to perform a Business Process Analysis in three pilot branches in order to determine the total effort required to make the department compliant with the new TBS Directive on Recordkeeping. The Directive is a key component in the development of organizational record keeping in government departments and agencies.
